Jack Balkin

Jack Balkin is Director of The Information Society Project at Yale Law School.
He is also a Knight Professor and teaches Constitutional law; First Amendment,
jurisprudence, social and cultural theory; telecommunications and cyberspace
law, and torts. He is also the author of Cultural Software: A Theory of Ideology.
