Mirin's Photo Gallery

The new year finds me mostly hanging out at home, with of course the occasional trip to keep things hopping. I am now an avid playground-goer, although I still need to work on my skills as a playground-leaver. On the occasional above-freezing day, I want to be outside!
Mama and I now take a Toddler and Me Yoga class which I like very much. I'm meeting lots of nice people there, and it's important for Mama to have opportunities to learn social skills.

I'm still working on adding new words to my repetoire, so stop by for a visit... I'd love to chat!

It takes a very steady hand... building a tower while still in my jammies.	Yay! I do good work!	I was initially unsure about this whole concept, but Mama assured me it would be fun. I adopted an attitude of cautious optimism.	It was actually dusk when these pictures were taken, not midnight like it appears.
Hey, it IS fun to sled! Whee! I knew it all along!	You guys should definitely try this. Don't forget to put on your mittens, and then just let Daddy know when he should come to your house!	Bubble-time action shot!	Bubble-time is happy-time for me!
And now for a full body bubble experience...	Bubbles and piggies -- two great tastes that taste great together!	And I said "Let there be bubbles!" And it was good.	A big smile for my very favorite Daddy.
Daddy warned me that Nana sometimes burns food, but I didn't think it would still be on fire when she served it!	I helped with the critical extinguishing process.	Kicking back in my room.	And still enjoying my two fingers very much.
This little break was all I needed to restore my smily personality.	Movie star Mirin is in the house!	Who's got cool new shades and a diva attitude? I do, that's who!	I am outta here!
A visit to New Hampshire and a snuggle with my pals Cris and Leah!	All smiles!	A buddling cook, I help Mama make lasagne.	Mama said this was pasta, but it didn't taste like pasta to me!
Will and Mattie came over for dinner. Will was Mr. Photo Not Available that night, but Mattie posed with me.	Mattie wisely requested a little assistance when I announced my intention to walk right over him.	Here I am with some of my pals at Toddler and Me Yoga.	Our teacher Joy is going to have a baby really soon. I look like I'm making a face here, but it's only because I have a goldfish in my mouth.
Grampa and I are unamused by Mama's shenanigans.	On to the playground by Nana and Grampa's house. Whoopee!	Before...	...and After!
Climbing through a crazy tunnel ramp device.	Tube-master Mirin!	Here I am, concentrating hard. These tube things are slippery!	Daddy boosts me from behind so I don't backslide.
Soon I have worked up to the more advanced slides. I'm all about pushing boundaries.	Grampa is a pushy guy. I like that about him!	You can take the baby out of the swing, but you can't take the swing out of the baby!	Please note that Mama could have titled this photo "Seeing Red" or "Red-dy for Anything" or something equally stupid. But she did not.
Stay calm! Fireperson Mirin is on the scene!	After mastering the tubes and the slides, what can be next? Oh, the tubeslide. Well, duh. Here I am at the top.	Tubeslide in progress!	Operation Tubeslide is complete and declared a success!
Yee-hah! Bumblebee wrangler!	Ridin' that bumblebee right on into next month!
