I am one! My birthday was celebrated with a barbeque and pool party,
which was great fun. We actually have relatively few photos of it --
I guess things got a little bit wild in the middle and nobody thought
to grab the camera. After the cops left, we put Braedon's pants back
on him, fished Breila out of the guacamole and took the lampshade off
my head. Suffice it to say, a good time was had by all.
Some sad news now: On July 10th, my great gramma, Mabel M. Fronduti
Scassellati, passed away. She was a super lady and I will miss her
very much. I went down to Jessup, Pennsylvania to see Great Grampa; I
also saw Grampa John and Gramma Fides, Aunt Rebecca, Uncle Johnny, and
Uncle Richie and got to meet lots of other nice Scassellati
relatives.
Daddy had to leave right after the funeral to go on two business
trips, so the O'Malleys very nicely let Mama and I stay with them for
a while. While we were there, we got some exciting news: I was a
cousin! Adison Cadence Verenna was born July 18th and was instantly
admired by everyone who got to meet her. Three weeks later, I made
the trip to Bethlehem to see her for the first time. I love her
already!
Some of you have written to ask if I am still eating as well as I was
before, and you'll be glad to know that the answer is yes. I am still
a great lover of ham and all other pork, especially barbeque. I like
most everything: cheese, veggies, fruit and sweet things. My
favorites include red grapes, pasta, carrots and black olives.
We were visited by a bunch of exciting people during these two months,
and also made a trip to Cape Cod to visit Grampa Jim and Gramma
Louise. It was my first time on the beach in actual warm weather; I
highly recommend it!
